You know how they say, “Life is what happens to you when you’re busy making other plans,” well, unfortunately, they’re right. This class is based on a podcast I listened to called Kelly Corrigan Wonders. Her guest was Kendra Adachi and they talked about her method called, PLAN. They also turned what we’ve been taught about time management on it’s head and I found that extremely useful. The flow is more yoga than we’ve been doing lately, but still dynamic and interesting. Expect to start slow, pilates for 4 songs, then get into a flow that builds from down dog and the top of the mat. It’s got lots of side bending, hip flexor strength, twisting, and power.
