✨el campo season 2
Welcome to witch camp!
A 5-day retreat in Baja
A place to move your body, eat beautiful meals, sit in the sun, and remember what it feels like to be GOOD to yourself.
I, for one, am constantly trying to sledgehammer myself into someone new + improved, so I thought, hey, let’s not!
Let’s try walking a path where we just enjoy ourselves and each other.
Practice not floating a few feet from our bodies and reality.
And spend a little time getting quiet enough to hear what’s true for us.
Through movement, journaling, creative practice, honest conversation, and time by the ocean, you’ll reconnect with a grounded sense of clarity and trust in yourself.
When I shift, everything shifts.
And this week is where that shift begins.

Each building overlooks lush farmland and the ocean beyond.
The design is simple, warm, and deeply connected to the land — soft white walls, rustic native wood, handmade tile, and woven textiles that feel both grounding and beautiful.
It’s the kind of place that invites you to slow down without trying.
The property includes:
• A second-story, palapa-covered space for movement
• Open-air living and dining areas
• Outdoor patios, hammocks, and lounge spaces
• A fire pit, outdoor shower, and infrared sauna
• A soaking pool that can be cooled or heated
• Quiet corners to rest, read, and just be
There are a variety of room options, from shared to private, so you can choose the experience that feels right for you.
our two living spaces:
THE MILL
and
tHE CASITA
Local Cuisine
El Campo’s menu—crafted by Lucía Benítez and Annie Parr—celebrates global flavor through a Baja lens. Each meal is rooted in elegance and simplicity, highlighting locally sourced ingredients and the natural abundance of the region. Expect vibrant dishes that nourish body and soul: fresh-caught fish, homemade breads, sun-ripened fruits, and organic vegetables served with care and creativity.
ABOUT THE CHEF
Lucía Benítez, co-founder of Sobremesa (with two locations in Mexico City and online programs at sobremesa.mx), is a chef and teacher who believes in the art of slowing down. Her philosophy—“cook simply, eat with joy, never in a rush” beautifully complements El Campo’s spirit of connection, presence, and mindful living.
Getting there:
Fly into Los Cabos International Airport and we’ll handle your airport transfer from there! It’s an hour and 10 minute drive to el Campo.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Meet the Founder of living room yoga
I fell in love with movement as a kid in a tiny Cape Cod dance studio, and in many ways I’ve simply grown up and found my way back to what made me feel happiest and freest.
As a teen and young adult, I struggled with self-esteem, ADHD, and disordered eating. I dropped out of two colleges and spent years feeling like I was getting everything “wrong.” Everything shifted when a classmate brought me to a donation-based studio called Yoga to the People. Their message—no pedestals, no perfection, yoga for everyone—became the foundation of how I teach.
Movement didn’t “heal” me in a neat or linear way, and I don’t believe in a finish line of being fully healed. I still have days where I struggle with confidence and my body and my brain. But I’ve built something beautiful out of all of it: a community rooted in freedom, honesty, expression, empathy, resilience, and FUN.
My classes are sacred, but sacred doesn’t mean serious. We move, sweat, laugh, sometimes cry, and always return to self-trust. There is no right way to do this work. My role isn’t to fix you, that’s the gag! There is no fix. My job is to create a safe, playful space where you can meet yourself, listen to yourself, and surprise yourself.
