I’ve loved every opportunity I’ve had to be a key note speaker or to be on a panel. Whether it’s talking wellness, Nonviolent communication, trauma and resilience, I always find the balance between humor and emotional depth that leaves audiences feeling connected.
“Practicing with Erin from the comfort of home is nothing short of magical. I laugh. I cry. I sweat. And I gently nudge my dog out of the way. It’s so nice having the flexibility to jump into a class I know I’m going to enjoy whenever I have the time!”
“Erin is like no other teacher. Everything about her approach is fresh and surprising, both physically and emotionally. Just awesome.”
“Her words in class always resonate with how I'm feeling and give me freedoms to feel those feeling whether conscious or not. I love how the movement makes me feel, it gets me out of my head and is hard and fun. Overall just feel much better after and like I can take on the world.”
“Creative yet completely intentional, focused on both physical and emotional release.”
“Erin's classes have made me more vulnerable, transparent and strong!!”
“Erin's classes are a secret third thing between yoga and pilates. There's so much creativity in the poses, playlists, and meditations. The movement is challenging and expansive and each routine is dynamic and new. You never get bored which for me is critical to calming my anxious mind. Beyond that she brings humor and tough love just when you need it in your practice. You can be a hardcore yogi or a yoga skeptic and find something in her classes. Being able to do them whenever and wherever is a gift.”
“Erin's practices have taught me to reign in my inner critic and taught me to dance more!!”
“Church, this class is a sweaty, beautiful, church.”
“I found Erin's classes during the pandemic and have been taking them ever since. Every class is different and challenging in a supportive way. The music is always fun! Erin is a delight of a teacher that always promotes you listening to yourself and your body. I laugh every class and always feel like I pushed myself and did something good for my body when l'm done. 10/10!”
“Erin has changed my life and this morning was just what my mind body soul needed - no surprise there!”
“LRY has given me the okay that self reflection can be both provide clarity AND be fun. Erin’s words during class remind me to not pick at every imperfection, to acknowledge I am just a human, and to recognize sometimes you just need to dance it out. Also, she has excellent taste in music no matter what Greg says.”
“Erin is so real and relatable. Which is so absolutely refreshing. LRY is a safe space.”
“LRY is a place for me to show up precisely as I am, and move around in whatever way feels right. Erin is always saying “if that feels for you” which gives me the freedom to explore whatever I want to, and she provides a space where everyone’s autonomy is honored and protected. Above all the classic self-improvement, however, LRY is genuinely fun. I come to try movements unfamiliar to my body, to dance, to listen to an excellent playlist, and to get some wisdom delivered in the least preachy way I’ve ever encountered."
From LRY Member, Tiffany:
Things I thought I’d never say: I love working out at home! For years, I could never fathom relaxing enough into a workout or yoga practice at my house, instead fleeing to various studios for classes. That all changed with Erin’s LRY. Now I actually look forward to having a dedicated time to “show up” for myself without having to leave my house! Plus, what’s she’s offering isn’t available at any studio I’ve been to. Erin curates highly engaging mixed modal classes — her flows draw upon emotional & physical intelligence from a bunch of different specialities. Whether yoga, pilates, strength training, or non-violent communication… she’s always weaving in new offerings. And the result is a super fun & challenging class that never feels rote or expected. It keeps me on my toes and teaches me to pay extra close attention to what my body is up for. As if all of this wasn’t enough, Erin is an incredibly honest and open soul with a rare ability to help people laugh at the shenanigans of being a human. She brings so much levity to the challenging parts of life, on and off the mat. I have deep gratitude for Erin - she inspires me to be kinder to myself and to trust that continuing to show up is more than half the battle.
