RETURN TO YOU RETREAT

BAJA, MEXICO April 29-May 3, 2026

Yes, I need this.

My words reflect my thoughts, my thoughts reflect my beliefs, and my beliefs run my life—especially the unconscious ones.

The Return to You Retreat is a 5-day immersion into the practices I’ve cultivated over the last twenty years.

Together, we’ll explore what happens when you get quiet enough to hear the truth of what’s guiding you…and whether that truth is still the one you want shaping your days.

This experience is a spacious intentional reset: a place to witness your patterns with kindness, and begin shifting gently toward the life you actually want to live.

You'll move through a thoughtful blend of somatic practices, nonviolent communication, guided morning pages (with a beautiful, gifted journal), creative art workshops, communal connection, and time to breathe beside the sea. These tools support you in reconnecting with your inner clarity, allowing you to navigate change safely, honestly, and with a grounded sense of self.

When I shift, everything shifts.

And this week is where that shift begins.

It’s $200 off every room until my birthday (1/28)

A little nudge from the universe (and me) to help you trust your gut and go for it.

THE PROPERTY

El Campo is a private property with two living spaces:

THE MILL

and

tHE CASITA

Each building overlooks lush farm land and ocean views. The design of the retreat property aligns with the natural beauty of the desert-to-ocean landscape. The Soft white palette, rustic, native wood, pulito concrete walls, and handmade modern tile interact with colorful textiles, creating a relaxing and visually stunning place to retreat.

The property features a second-story palapa-covered practice space for yoga, an open living and dining area, outdoor dining and patios/lounge areas with hammocks and an outdoor bed, a fire pit, outdoor shower, infrared sauna, and soaking tub that can be cooled or heated.

There are several different room types to choose from, and options include shared or private rooms.

Open black metal gate leading to a pathway through a garden with tall palm trees and colorful flowers, with modern white buildings in the background.

This one is for me

Meet the Founder of living room yoga

I fell in love with movement as a kid in a tiny Cape Cod dance studio, and in many ways I’ve simply grown up and found my way back to what made me feel happiest and freest.

As a teen and young adult, I struggled with self-esteem, ADHD, and disordered eating. I dropped out of two colleges and spent years feeling like I was getting everything “wrong.” Everything shifted when a classmate brought me to a donation-based studio called Yoga to the People. Their message—no pedestals, no perfection, yoga for everyone—became the foundation of how I teach.

Movement didn’t “heal” me in a neat or linear way, and I don’t believe in a finish line of being fully healed. I still have days where I struggle with confidence and my body and my brain. But I’ve built something beautiful out of all of it: a community rooted in freedom, honesty, expression, empathy, resilience, and FUN.

My classes are sacred, but sacred doesn’t mean serious. We move, sweat, laugh, sometimes cry, and always return to self-trust. There is no right way to do this work. My role isn’t to fix you, that’s the gag! There is no fix. My job is to create a safe, playful space where you can meet yourself, listen to yourself, and surprise yourself.

Experience & Background

  • Teaching full-time since 2011; Vinyasa + Bhakti training

  • Trauma-informed immersion (2017)

  • Three Nonviolent Communication trainings with Judith Hanson Lasater

  • Breathwork and sound meditation training to begin teaching with Open in 2019

  • First yoga teacher at Open in 2019 during its early SF studio-to-digital evolution

  • Yoga model for the Down Dog App for 7 years, practicing with millions worldwide

  • A teaching style shaped by yoga, dance, Pilates, strength training, music, and a lifelong love of movement

Today, all of that experience funnels into Living Room Yoga—an accessible, joyful movement community built on the belief that you can come exactly as you are, and that you get to define what “home” feels like in your own body.
