This 30-minute yoga flow is here to start your week off right. This is what I wrote in my notes before I laid out my mat to begin making this up, “MOVEMENT WHY: moves that are grounding, repetitive to build confidence and rhythm, releasing tension in head neck shoulders and heart, spinal rotation/wide open chest.” I’m landing in a place that feels safe, and because of that I’m feeling calm and creative. This class hopes to do the same for you!
